Peak-period rates apply during all regattas, Christmas, New Year & ACYM. Minimum one week for bookings over Christmas and New Year.
Rates include ABST (Antigua & Barbuda Sales Tax). They do not include the Antigua & Barbuda Tourism Guest Levy of US$5 per guest per night (children 5 and under exempt), which is collected locally.
